What kind of flowers BESIDES Poinsettias and holly are pretty for a December Wedding?

Red and/or white roses, fragrant white lilies or Star Gazer Lilies, actually anything goes. Its your wedding, what are your colors? I'm not a florist, but I am best friends with one and I would most definitely suggest talking to your florist as early as October. Get his or her ideas, or they have books you can look through. Another tip from a friend of a florist...don't have your wedding too close to Christmas, they HATE that.
